We’ll offer a full refund if you return any unsuitable or unwanted item in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Such goods must be returned to us unused and with all the original packaging, at your own expense – we recommend you use a recorded delivery service. If you change your mind once you have placed an order, we can cancel it immediately so long as it hasn’t been dispatched – for urgent queries such as this please call us on 07870 207798. If your order has already been posted, we will give you a refund once we have received the item back in its original condition. It can be frustrating if a new watch stops working because of battery failure, but batteries are inserted in the factory and that can sometimes happen. We’re afraid we can’t accept responsibility for this but if you ring us on 020 7503 5454 or email info@watchmego.co.uk, we’ll see if we can help. All of the modern watches we sell come with their own warranties, so if you have any problems down the line you should contact an authorised retailer of that make or the manufacturer. All of our new watches are sourced from authorised suppliers. Our vintage watches are all genuine originals and should be bought as such. We’ll be honest and clear in the description if there are any scratches or bumps you should know about, and we promise that each one will be cleaned and keeping good time when we sell it to you, but we cannot guarantee them after sale. With any antique analogue timepieces, periodic servicing may be required to ensure accuracy; they require winding little and often and cannot boast the accuracy and reliability of modern Quartz movement watches. They are beautiful yet old pieces so don’t drop them or get them wet as they are likely to become temperamental! Watch Me Go does do not accept responsibility for any misleading descriptions based on manufacturers specifications, although we will aim to reach an amicable resolution if you have any issues with this. Our vintage watches are sold as seen and we make every effort to give accurate descriptions of the condition they are in – but they are all old watches! We cannot take responsibility for strap sizes and fittings, or for battery life beyond 14 days of receipt. All of our products are subject to availability, so if your order is urgent we recommend you contact us by phone or email. All prices include VAT except where stated. Standard delivery costs will be shown before you complete and submit your order. Non-EU customers will be advised of any additional Import Duties/Taxes imposed by their respective countries after placing their order. Order Fulfilment Customers should print a copy of their invoice upon completion of an online order request. Orders will be completed when the goods have been dispatched, unless you have notified us that you wish to cancel your order before we dispatch the item, or we do not accept your order. We reserve the right to refuse to supply any person for any reason. Orders are not guaranteed for next day delivery, although we will endeavour to advise of any delays as soon as possible. Items that are not in stock at the time of ordering will either be shown as such on the web site, or we’ll ring you regarding the stock status after the order is received. When orders have been processed and dispatched you will be notified by email. Any order not completed within 30 days of being made will be cancelled and refunded in full. Privacy All of your personal details are stored on a secure server and can only be accessed by employees of Watch Me Go. We never share your data with third parties and we comply fully with the Data Protection Act. We do not keep your financial details as payments all go through a third party (Paypal). Website Usage Watch Me Go does not make any guarantee that the website is free from infection by viruses, contamination, or anything else which may have destructive properties, and therefore accepts no liability. Watch Me Go is not responsible for any linked third party websites featured on www.watchmego.co.uk. We are not responsible if we are unable to provide our internet services for any reason beyond our control. General Ordering and Online Retail Rights Payment is made up front in order to allow us to carry out security checks in reasonable time before dispatch. Customers retain the right to cancel their orders prior to dispatch and demand a full refund. The invoice address is the cardholder’s address and should match the details held by your card issuer. By supplying us such details you the customer allow Watch Me Go to carry out the necessary address verifications required to authorise payments, in accordance with privacy laws. Vouchers, promotional discounts and further offers are subject to their individual restrictions. Please read and understand these when ticking the agreement box during the checkout process.
