Delivery

Almost everything we do has the Watch Me Go personal touch, but the delivery bit we hand over to the people at Royal Mail – they just do it much better than us.

UK Royal Mail Recorded Delivery: 1-3 days (excluding weekends) is now FREE for a limited time (usually £3.50)

International Delivery: £7.95 (delivery time will depend on how exotic your location is)

UK Royal Mail Special Delivery: order by 12pm Monday to Friday for delivery the next day (including Saturday) or Saturday for a Monday delivery – £7.95 for the first item and £4.00 for each subsequent item.

All UK delivery times exclude bank holidays. Next day delivery is not guaranteed to the Scottish Highlands and other remote areas.

Deliveries will require a signature, so please either arrange an address where someone will be in between 9am and 1pm to sign, or contact us to organise a convenient day for delivery. If you are away from the delivery address, the courier will put a card through your door allowing you to re-book or to pick up your order from the post office within ONE week.

Please note: we reserve the right to charge the full relevant shipping fee to resend your order, if the item is returned to us because you could not take delivery for any reason.

Any order errors must be reported within 7 days of date of delivery. If you have not received your order within the time expected, you should notify us within 7 days from ordering. If you notify us after these 7 days, we will not be responsible for its location.
